Meet Brianna-Massage Therapist

She found Life Essentials because every time she asked for opinions about a spa, Life Essentials came up. Originally from Grand Junction, she popped around a few mountain towns before landing in Steamboat Springs.

She has a bachelor of science in integrative medicine and massage therapy is her license to touch. She approaches each massage with complete openness, appreciation, and respect for the person allowing her to work on their body.  She listens and feels to try her best to let the client’s body guide her work.

On her off days, you can find her in her kitchen cooking up delicious food or on her yoga mat finding her inner peace.
She loves playing outdoors whether that be snowboarding in the winters or camping in the summers.

Meet Coral-Hairstylist

Coral comes to Steamboat from Chicago where she grew up and went to The Theatre School at Depaul University. She studied costume design and wig making which eventually took her to New York to make hats in Harlem for a number of years.

When she returned to Chicago, she and her business partner opened a salon where they began making wigs for local theater and working as hairstylists! Coral later began training to become a birth doula and she is completing her postpartum doula training this summer.

Since moving to Steamboat she has found a new love for hiking with her dog, Bruce Springsteen. Fun Fact, Coral’s full name is Coral Gable. She was named after Coral Gables, FL because her mother figured nobody would ever forget her name.
Email her to book hairstyling at [email protected]
